SMRT Trains has selected several sets of data to demonstrate our commitment as we improve rail reliability on the North-South, East-West, Circle Lines, and Bukit Panjang LRT.
When compared to other metro operators, SMRT Trains publishes a very comprehensive set of operational, customer service and financial data.
In 2017, we have taken the important step of introducing data on average train distance covered before a delay of more than 5 minutes occurs, for the last 10 years.

We carry out track maintenance works to ensure that our trains run smoothly and on time. These are done during non-revenue hours in the early morning and we make every effort to minimise noise levels when these works are in progress.
